Rose Lemon Fizz

Sweet, floral & refreshing

Ingredients

• Skayaa Rose Syrup – 1½ tbsp

• Fresh lemon juice – 1 tbsp

• Chilled soda / sparkling water – 150 ml

• Ice cubes – as needed

• Fresh lemon slice – for garnish

• Mint leaves – a few, optional

Method

  1. Add Skayaa Rose Syrup and fresh lemon juice to a tall serving glass.

  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes.

  3. Top with chilled soda and stir gently with a bar spoon to combine without losing fizz.

  4. Garnish with a fresh lemon slice and slapped mint leaves before serving.
