### Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Skayaa, we are committed to delivering our artisanal botanical syrups safely, securely, and swiftly across India.

#### 1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are freshly packed and dispatched within **24 to 48 business hours** of order confirmation (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays).

#### 2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
- **Tamil Nadu & South India:** 2 to 4 business days.
- **Rest of India (Metro & Tier 1 Cities):** 3 to 5 business days.
- **Rest of India (Tier 2 & Regional Areas):** 5 to 7 business days.

#### 3. Packaging & Bottle Safety
Because our syrups are housed in premium glass bottles, we utilize reinforced multi-ply corrugated boxes combined with custom shock-absorbent cushioning to protect against courier transit impacts.

#### 4. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery
- **Free Shipping:** Eligible on all orders above a qualifying cart threshold (or promotional bundle boxes) as displayed in checkout.
- **Standard Shipping:** A flat calculated fee applies to standard retail orders below the free shipping tier, displayed clearly at checkout.

#### 5. Real-Time Tracking
Once your package is handed over to our logistics network, you will automatically receive an SMS, WhatsApp alert, and email containing your **Air Waybill (AWB) tracking number** and tracking link.

#### 6. Non-Delivery / Undelivered Shipments
Please ensure your address, pin code, and active phone number are accurate. Couriers attempt delivery up to 3 times. Shipments returned to origin (RTO) due to incorrect addresses or repeated unavailability may incur re-dispatch charges.
